McGrath Elgin Nissan gave me this location to paint match parts. First encounter with them they told me that they DO in fact paint match and I need to bring the vehicle that the parts were going to be put on to. I took the parts in my truck. 2nd encounter I bring the parts WITH the vehicle that the parts were going to be placed on. They tell me “We don’t really do that here”, “I mean we can paint match parts but there’s a HIGH RISK that the paint isn’t going to match the other parts of the car”, “If we do paint the parts, you’re gonna have to come back to paint the other parts that don’t match the ones you brought in”. Not sure if they just didn’t want to do the job because they’re lazy or try to get me to spend more money at the shop but HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for paint matching.

Omg! They didnt just repair it, they detailed its interior!!!! Thank you Adam for making my baby's windows beautiful- clean, sparkling, easy to see out of! Not only is the exterior beautiful, the work great, the windows...omg THANK YOU!

Xavier did a wonderful job. He and his team did fast work on getting me back on the road after an accident I honestly would recommend them. He kept me up to date on the everything that was happening to my vehicle. I really appreciate them working with me and my schedule and constant phone calls and questions. Would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used CARSTAR for auto body repairs. . . both on 2 BMWs. The team there is friendly, responsive and accommodating. They did awesome work on both of my vehicles. I highly recommend them!!!

Our local Honda dealership recommended Carstar to us after our car was hit in a recent accident. Adam was wonderful to work with from day one, assuring us that they would make everything as easy as possible for us. He communicated well with our insurance company and helped navigate us through the process, answering all of our many questions along the way. After the repairs, our car looked as good as the day we bought it, both inside and out. The attention to detail was impressive, and we were so happy with the whole process from start to finish, from both Adam’s and the repairmen’s sides. We would not hesitate to recommend Carstar to anyone in need of body repair work!

I had a non insurance related problem-my door sensors weren’t working properly on the driver and passenger sides. Adam & Xavier quoted me a week timeline, communicated well with me, helped me get a rental car, and gave me an accurate price. They assured me my sensors are reinforced better than when a car leaves the factory! I am thrilled with their customer service and will continue bringing my cars here, whenever needed.

CARSTAR did an amazing job on my car . They were very detailed oriented. They were concerned about things every step of the way and kept me informed on the progress of my car. I was extremely happy with their work and the handling of communication between me and my insurance company . I would definitely recommend this team of Adam the Manager, Xavier the Estimator and Bill who did the body work and Steve the detailer . A very impressive job . Thank you all

We just picked up our car from CARSTAR at McGrath Nissan as it had body damage from a strike by a deer. The end result is gorgeous. The paint match was a pearl white and it is a perfect match. The service from beginning to end of the process was stellar. I don’t want to have another need for a body shop but if I do they are the best. Highly recommend them!

This location was awesome. My spouse brought his car in for body repairs.We first dealt with Xavier...he was great, very friendly & knowledgeable, the car was ready in 4 days, way sooner than we expected. When we went to pick-up his vehicle we met with Adam...he too was very friendly and could not have been nicer. We highly recommend CARSTAR for any body repairs on your vehicle. In addition, the repair was flawless/excellent work! The car looks good as new. ??

We didn’t actually receive auto body service. However, our vehicle was brought here temporarily and we had extraordinary service! Kind and friendly from both talking with people on the phone and also in person, going above and beyond to help us get our things from the vehicle. Great experience.

I recently had my car repaired at McGrath Nissan, I couldnt be more satisfied with the service. A rock fell from a truck and dameged the front grill of my car. They did an excellent job repairing it. Everything was ready before i expected, wich was a pleasant surprise. Xavier was extra kind and helpful throughout the process.
