Long lines at the drive up ATM. Also, if you're on foot, there is no accessible ATM after hours. They don't want non car customers using the drive up, but they provide no alternative. What's the point of Chase holding my money when I can't even get to it?

They really need to up the maintenance on the ATM’s here, they are often not working. Chase, please get more ATM’s in this area of Elgin, we are underserved.

Always a long line to use the drive-up ATM. 5 cars in front of me and 7 cars behind me, only one drive-up ATM is functional. This location does not offer an after hours walk-in option.

Horrible service. Went in to open an account for my high-schooler. I was turned away to another location because they couldn't at the moment. It was a fully staffed branch with 4 maybe 5 bankers and also fully staffed on the teller side. (I WAS 2ND CUSTOMER INSIDE @ 9AM).Then I asked about resetting a pin for another card and the individual told me to do it on the App because they couldn't. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? MEANWHILE YOU HAVE BANKERS GOSSIPING /LAUGHING ALL LOUD. Never coming to this branch AGAIN. Definitely looking to close my accounts and go down the street to another bank. **Horrible service***

As a long time chase customer I got the run around today one more reason why the big man doesn't care about us. They told me it would take two weeks to do what CAFCU credit union across town was able to do in 5 minutes. Unacceptable & 0 reason why a human at the branch could not assist instead they would only snail mail me what I needed when in reality I needed it today. Credit unions & local over big bank all day bad job Chase we deserve better.

Banks don't provide any service to their customers anymore. You think getting a cashier's check would be free. I'm pulling my money. Brick and mortar banks are garbage

I been going to the bank for years and never had a bad experience but today I took my grandmother to take money of the bank and this one lady was "helping" her but basically yelling at her. You can't treat older people like that my grandmother is not deaf she can hear you. This one employee needs more training on customer service, and if she doesn't like working with people why she even there ?

How old crossing bank Alger people are so rude just like the one in Hanover Park they need to be reeducated unfriendliness to people there’s only one bank that I start going to my bank in Streamwood they are very nice and courteous. They greet you and say goodbye using your first name not like these two banks

Terrible banking experience. Going to get paperwork notarized 11 pages for a new car purchase and I was turned away when the notary was available with no clients. Told me to come back at 3:15pm when it was 10:10am like huh. Then the greeter/concierge did nothing to assist. He said to go to another bank location and called one but didn’t get through so he gave me the number. Sir I could have done the same thing. Your in the customer service business doing nothing means your not doing your job. Avoid this branch. Last note had to stand because all the seats were SUPER DIRTY
