Very bad special attention with a banker who always discriminates against Hispanics for not knowing English and does not serve them well, bad services, I do not recommend going here with them, they do not help anything

Wow I haven't experienced this much of bad service. They clearly don't know how to give customer service. Bad attitude when trying to set up an appointment. Makes me think twice of getting an account with Chase.

Worst service and Branch Manager is even worst than staff. Will not recommend to anyone to visit this branch and staff needs to get changed and Branch manager should get warning from higher management to take the customer appropriately, specially the Business account customers.

ATM'S CONSTANTLY having issues. 90% chance you can't make any withdrawals which forces you to go a competitor ATM on the corner and get charged a fee. Tried calling to report the issues with all their ATM's at that particular location. Have reported to branch with zero care to fix issues. Will be choosing 5p bank with competitor from now on.

Incompetent branch. We dropped off a cashiers’ check for a large amount and it was lost / processed to the wrong account. I should have thought twice when the teller needed help from another teller just to complete the transaction. They assured me all was fine. Well, it was not. I just spent 3 weeks and who knows how many additional minutes of my life trying to find the check in the labyrinth of Chase corporate and proving to them that I deposited the check to this branch. This was from our savings. This was not $20. I will never visit this location again.

worst service ever I went to open up an checkings account they told me to come back at 10am went back at 10 am they told me they where all tied up had to go to another location which was to far from my home the LARKIN location horrible service
