The waiting is sooooooo long and it seems it’s at a lot of chases banks, I drove all the way from Morton grove to Elgin because my daughter had to be present for a very simple matter so they had only 2 bankers available, the first one she was with one of the bankers in a meeting while they had at least 6 people waiting to see a banker, the second banker had an appointment coming soon she tried several times in calling another chase bank near me but the bank wouldn’t even answer calls, I tried calling myself and no answer at the nearest bank . I’ve been banking with chase for over 20 year and it’s time to move to another bank.

Please go. $22 hour Apply directly through indeed. Get rid of agencies trying to take average person pay. Easy work. Second shift F manager needs to be fires. She is rude and talks about everyone behind their back woth other managers. Supervisor teaches you wrong and you are blamed for the mistake. I can't wait until the F Manager is fired for her unprofessionalism

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been a Chase customer for many years and have always had the best their customer services both at the location and online. That's why I stick with Chase. This is the first time ever I've experienced this horrific experience with Chase. The person who came was Sherry and she is the worse. She was impatient, rude, absolutely not sympathetic about my situation at all.

Horrible customer services!Yesterday I went to cancel my account. I moved my money to State Bank in Elgin (Wintrust). I highly recommend Wintrust bank, the checking account is free, and if you use the debit card and get charge for using it, the money will go back to your account. They were happy to help me, and go through all my questions & seemed happy to help.Chase bank, customer service need to be improved, I have never seem such a poor service in my whole experience with banks.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the absolute worst bank I have ever joined in my entire life and I regret ever being a customer here. This branch manager is the worst branch manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was rude, did nothing to help me and was not sympathetic about my situation at all and basically told me that I was screwed. I lost $1500 because of this bank, the customer service representatives and managers that I spoke to. The branch manager told me that I should never call the call center that I should always come into a branch because the call-center doesn't know what they're talking about. I proceeded to try to call this branch to set up an appointment with somebody and they don't answer the phone I called them 17 times and no one ever answered. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life.

Why can't you call someone at this bank? I happen to have a simple question to ask and I don't want to drive there to get an answer. This is ridiculous that no one answers a phone there. I'd like to transfer my business somewhere else.

First the reviews here concerned me. I am sharing my most recent visit at this location. The waiting line wasn’t long. The lady teller by the window was able to assist with my requests (money order, account inquiries, etc.) and explain things in a very friendly manner. I very much enjoyed her service.
