“I shop at JC Penny in Algonquin frequently. The store is always well organized with interesting displays that draw my attention. I want to especially acknowledge the customer rep. at the register Shailaja. I have been fortunate to have her wait on me a number of times. She is always friendly and treats every customer with patience, courtesy and professionalism - even when the store is busy. If there is a promotion or member benefit, she always lets me know. Shailaja is a true asset to both to the company and to her customers.”

“I was looking for a white sweater for a toddler and I had a feeling Old Navy was the place to look. And I was right! I also wanted matching outfits for my grand daughters and summer hats. The hat I bought was bigger than I thought but it was easy enough to become a member and get free shipping by spending $50. I could have also bought it online to be sure I had it and then gone to the store to pick it up.
You really do need to look at sizes though. They had 3T toddler leggings that were one length and then 3T toddler flair pants which were quite a bit longer.
As I’m always telling my husband, try the clothes on before taking off the tags!!!!”
“This is a normal looking Carters store. There is lots to choose from. I was looking for a white sweater for a toddler but the one they had was too heavy. They did have a good deal on the sleeveless onesies I was looking for. There were lots of cute options.
The sales staff was very friendly.
My only complaint is that they will mark something on sale but you have no idea if it is a whole section or above or below the sign. When I’m shopping I don’t want to have to buy the sales staff for these things. I feel it should be apparent what the sign is referring to.”

“The store is really organized! They have EVERYTHING from books, to toys, clothing of any size and gender (of course), bassinets, baby swings, ect. They ladies are really friendly and they are only offering store credit at the moment if you want to sell them any gently used clothes!”
