Negative 5 stars if I could. This place is extremely unprofessional especially the so called “manager” named Maria. They called one of my references stating that they tried to reach out to me many times which is not true because they have my number on file. Was under the impression that they were my car company as my reference told me that. I told them I was trying to avoid a repo and that I spoke to them yesterday (my car company, which was true) and they said they never got anything. I thought they were the repo company and I set up a 500$ payment with my car company the day before and this place stated they never received it which was true because they were not the same company. They blatantly lied to me when I thought they were the car company and I said repo and car payment many times and the ladies there know me as they blew up my phone 10 TIMES the day after my payment was due because they are so desperate for money and they have done that to many other clients as well. When I asked to have the money returned because I paid the wrong place because they lied to me and told me they were the car company and they said they do not have access to my account and when I asked who does have access to my account they said nobody does which is suspicious in itself. I called them back saying I am going to take legal action (which I currently am doing so) and when I told Maria the call was being recorded she got so defensive saying “I do not care if the call is being recorded” and only a guilty person would respond like that. When I asked to speak to a manager she rudely said “I am the manager” and then 10 minutes later went from saying I have to talk to her to then saying we have to talk to the owner then rudely hung up. Do not do business with them. They will threaten to sue you if you are one day late. I understand there are legal rules and policies as I deal with policies as well but they blatantly lied to me had me under the impression that they were someone else and proceeded to take my money and not give it back. I will be filing a lawsuit against them and having them investigated as I have reached out to other clients of them and they all have similar experiences. Steer away from these money launderers.

They financed me a car which got totaled. My account ended up closed. Then they reopened and closed and reopened again and closed and as of today continuously doing the same thing. Sinking my credit. I’ve also noticed that there are payments being reported to the credit bureau which I know I nor anyone else has made. Now it’s time to consult with the Attorney General and my personal attorney about this deceptive practice of theirs.

These people are the lowest of the low they take advantage of customers who don't know better & harass you on payments like they can't seem to thrive till you make a payment Im filing a lawsuit & having IRS look into them something isn't right with them I smell illigal activities coming out of this office steer clear. Nothing professional or ethical here the girls at the front desks try to hard to come across educated & well informed when they should do themselves a favor & get a actual education.

HORRIBLE service. They never understand English and need me to translate to Spanish. (Glad, I know the language) I’m on hold every-time I call. They also do a horrible job at verifying that they attended all your needs.

I just wanted to see if I can get a loan I knew I couldn’t because of my credit score they said they don’t go off score necessarily So I gave them my info they said to call them in a hour they declined me then I ask if there was anything I can do to improve my odds on getting a loan with them instead of helping they said with us ? No so anybody I know please don’t do business with these ppl

Good customer service I’ve been a customer there for 17 years I’m not the perfect customer they work with me all the time the girls are very well trained and they work with you I recommend this place to everybody.

Their interests rates are way above the average apr for car loans. You're better off buying a car with a credit card than borrowing from CFS. I'm still flabbergasted as to why you would even consider charging someone with good credit an apr of 24.99% I wouldn't recommend using them to anyone ever! Consider them the "middle man." Borrowing money to lend it to you money at a high rate. The only one losing in this deal would be you. Stay away from them and any car dealership that recommends them or uses them themselves. You owe yourself better than that.
