I been in others cube smarts locations ....i would recomended this one ..the guy from the office its pretty good and 5 star costumer service ..the units itself from this location are the most clean i had seen so far from other locations

Kathleen is great! Great customer services from her 10/10. Very informative and thorough. She showed me several units without hesitation and was very polite when I missed a sign stating they were not in the office at the moment. She did not hesitate to help me while she was busy herself.

I had a great experience with CubeSmart. The manager Mothy had a lot of patience and answered all of my questions. I never rented a storage unit before so I was clueless on what to expect and had a lot of questions. I changed my move in date to an earlier day at the last minute. Mothy had everything ready when I arrived close to the time the office was closing that day. His friendly and calm demeanor made me feel comfortable when I was stressed about moving and storing my belongings. All of the units are inside so it made me feel safe knowing that everyone needed a special code to get in. They are also temperature controlled so the building and unit were nice and cool. Considering that I had been working several days moving in this awful heat, it was so nice inside. I rented a 100 square foot unit. It was immaculate inside. It was so clean and new that all I had to do was bring in my stuff and get started organizing. You have access until 10pm every day. That is great for me because I wanted to be able to take my time getting organized. I was there by myself until 10pm 2 nights in a row and as a woman, I felt completely comfortable and safe. Before Mothy left on the first day (office is open until 6pm), he went out of his way to get me a flatbed to use and helped me with my lock that I was able to purchase inexpensively from CubeSmart. I had never used a round lock that needed to be inserted into the door handle of the unit. I was also given 3 keys which was nice. Now, let's talk about the price. I couldn't believe that I was able to get a 100 square foot unit for $53.00 a month. Oh and they had a special where my first month was FREE! Can't be that deal. I was paying $85 month for a small one car garage where I live. Also, I was sharing the garage with another renter who was a stranger to me. He had the other stall which was not separated so it was uncomfortable if we both had to be in the garage at the same time. I really wanted a private space. I'm a reseller and I have a lot of merchandise. I was in and out of my garage daily moving stuff in and out. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone who needs a great space at a very convenient location. The location is about 2 minutes off of the exit from 90. It is in an industrial area where it was very quiet and felt extra safe. I didn't see any traffic while I was there. Thank you Mothy and CubeSmart!!
