Mothy is absolutely amazing! He quickly responded to me when I inquired about renting out a space and got me a great deal! It was a super seamless process and everything was ready to go for me the day I moved in! Great customer service here and facility! My family is already signing up for storage at this location. What a great place, excellent customer service, extremely fair pricing and a spotless facility, facility manager in Elgin IL took the time to show me multiple units and choices that would fit my needs, Very impressed, Will be my first go to from now on without a doubt, Thank you.

The guy that was running the store was beyond nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend CubeSmart. The facility is very clean and has cameras so you feel safe. Everything is inside and there is a pin you need to get in so no worries on the customer half.

Judy is wonderful!I moved items into a storage unit and a couple weeks later realized I needed to upgrade. Judy helped me find a larger unit close to my previous unit.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage space. It is clean, secure and not overtly advertised.

CubeSmart has been great! The facility is clean and well kept. Salman has been great to work with. We needed a second unit on moving day and he was there at the site to help us out right when we arrived I didn’t even have to call him. I would most definitely rent storage from CubeSmart again!

Great facility!!! I have rented storage units from different facilities in the past and this one was by far- the best place. Customer service was great, facility was clean, climate controlled, competitive pricing along with easy access and secure. Thank you!
