Went to get some diapers and I didn’t have any issues but a men who was picking up a DoorDash was treated in a bad way the guy cashier was being rude graved his card annoyingly slid it himself. And the proceeded to press on the buttons hard whit attitude because the costumer didn’t really know exactly what to do .. will not be returning to a store that treats its costumers like that ! I felt horrible for the men.

Made a flu shot appointment two weeks ago and when I show up the pharmacist tells me that she doesn't have the vaccine. And she's not nice about it either. Like it's my fault or something I showed up to my own appointment.
Next time, if you see someone has an appointment and you don't have the vaccine, maybe call them?
Terrible customer service. Terrible pharmacist. Terrible company.

Always disorganized. The pharmacy staff is being rude and condescending to my wife as i type this. This place should be closed down if they cant handle simple pharmacy operations without creating conflict. Started off by lying, then backtracked and denied any responsibility.

Pharmacist informed me that my prescription was ready. Drove an hour and a half to the location, to be informed they cannot fill it. Pharmacist said she attempted to call me, however, I received no call, and actively checked my records, as well as ensuring my CVS accounts phone number was up to date, which it was. A dishonest Pharmacist that would rather lie herself out of being accountable. Do not bring your patronage or your prescriptions to this establishment at all costs.

Unbelievable slow service. I can’t’ stand a pharmacy that closes for lunch when so many people like me is the only time we can come and pickup medicine. Worst service ever

I asked the young guy at the register if he could throw out the one coupon receipt i didnt use, he gave me attidude and replied i should take the coupon with me and throw out myself after making my purchase.. I told him he has a garbage can right there. Cvs has been closing so many stores nationwide and you get this attiude.See any correlation. Ill be sticking to Walgreens.

Amazing team member greeted meas I stepped in at this CVS store in Elgin, Illinois. The team member was super helpful and patient. He made sure all the discounts in my coupons/cvs extra are card wereapplied to my purchase. He was efficient, hardworking and helpful.

This place should be ashamed of how they operate. They give out false information, are always out of the medications prescribed, are rude in person and over the phone. I know that professionalism has taken a hit since COVID...but this place is just horrid.
