1) at this location at least every time I go to pick up, there’s always something out of stock - and either have to wait or go to a different pharmacy which is inconvenient
2) dealt with Claudia today- and she was less than thrilling to deal with, as she had a bad attitude and seemed like she only wanted to do her job on a limited basis.
That’s how you lose customers, or a customer such as myself will match your bad attitude and give it right back. Do better.

Pharmacist Patel at this location is NOT friendly. She is Mean passive aggressive and will absolutely try to argue with you. The employees in the pharmacy just seem down right miserable.

Very convenient as far as location. However everything is over priced. But the worst of all is the customer service. The cashier's there have horrible attitude. Specially once it comes to doing cuopons, expect to have a hard time. They always claim that they know their policies and that's what they claim all. However when you prove them wrong they won't even apologize. Wife prefers to drive to South Elgin CVS even though this one is around the corner.
