If it were possible, I would rate them with zero stars. Their customer service is appalling, and there seems to be no avenue to contact their billing department. Despite my insurance covering a cleaning since summer 2021, I've been consistently billed every month since then. Despite numerous calls seeking resolution, I'm just shuffled around and reassured not to worry. This level of service is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I should of listened to the other reviews. This place is running a scam business. Billing is absolutely a disaster. They make up bogus charges as they go. I've paid for services rendered on the spot and they still have the audacity to send a bill with a balance due. I don't understand how they're allowed to continue to be open. DONT BE ME. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS ABOUT BILLING. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

I recently changed over to Dental Works and am very happy with my decision. Everyone is very friendly. From Katie (the dental hygienist) to Dr. Davis (the dentist), right down to the office staff.

The dentists and especially the hygienist were fine but the office experience has been horrendous particularly the front desk receptionist. This is the 2nd time that I came into this office, and instead of warm pleasantries of good morning/afternoon, the first thing that came out of her mouth was, "you owe a previous balance and you need to pay for the services today, and if you can't do that, we can't see you today". Well good to see you too lol I mean, I thought I was walking into a dentist office and not a collection agency. We changed insurance and this is how I ended up at this horrible place. But boy do I miss my old dentist!

I have anxiety issues at the dentist but felt comfortable and at easy there. They did an amazing job at cleaning my daughters teeth and helping clean up left over glue from her orthodontist office after getting braces. Thank you !

Dental Works put braces on my young daughters front 4 teeth, they are patient and kind and did a great job with her. We had an issue with her wire and we’re able to have same day appointment!
