I enjoy shopping at this store, but I’ve encountered some unprofessional behavior from a few employees. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand that stressful days can happen, but I’ve always felt that maintaining courtesy with customers is essential.
This morning around 11 a.m., I called to inquire about ordering 35 balloons and was informed that I needed to place the order in person and pay before the balloons could be made. I fully understood this policy, so I asked my dad to visit the store to complete the order and payment. However, he mentioned that the employee who assisted him was very rude and, despite the earlier instructions, refused to make the balloons.
This situation is disappointing, especially since I was specifically told to go in person and was then my dad having to face with such unhelpful behavior. I regret not being able to get the name of the staff member, but I hope this feedback can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

This dollar tree location is very nice and they have a lot of great variety of items however management has a terrible attitude and not great customer service. The manager Wanda accidentally scanned some of my items into the ticket of the person in front of me. We quickly let her know that it was a mistake and even apologized for the confusion and she quickly became annoyed and started getting passive aggressive with me. She bagged all of my items into one bag with glass bottles in it and when i asked her to double bag it she grabbed the bag and threw it towards me in to the counter and told me to basically do it myself, when waiting for my receipt she grabbed it and again slammed it on the counter and quickly dismissed me.
That is no way to treat customers, someone in such a high position should lead as an example of great customer service for the rest of the team.
Super disappointing & you should consider finding a new manager 😐

Wanda (store manager) very unprofessional and rude. Does not speak to the customers, very bad attitude. Secret shopper is definitely needed. She needs to go.
There’s plenty of elderly and children that shop there, she’s has no patience.

Staff is very rude.. restrooms here are for just showcase they say restrooms are available for customers but the door will be closed always.. stuff are very rude and reckless and no proper response..
Very low maintenance.
