Very disappointed. I paid extra for the dipped strawberries and only had 4 strawberries. The rest was melons. Less and less for the money.

If I could I would give this store 0 stars I would. I ordered the celebration cake, mini birthday box, balloon bundle and a simply edible bouquet, plus I paid for same day delivery (grand total $165.76) on Monday Dec. 4th to surprise my Grandson for his 5th birthday. Well they delivered everything except the balloon so I called and I was told that the balloon came off the arrrangement and was still in the back of the delivery truck, so they offered to replace with the 3 balloon bundle but would have to be delivered on Tues, I said ok, but they never delivered the bundle either, so I called and talked to someone name Christie who was rude and said she didn't know who i had talk to but said she could refund the $6 for the missing balloon, it isn't the first time this has been done, I have ordered from them a few times and it seems like something is always missing from my order. I called ccustomer service and sot me how they put me back in touch with Christie at the store and she started telling me she couldn't do anything in 5 miniutes, but then starts saying she was approved to refund the delivery fee + the balloon that I had requested.

I ordered a fruit basket from here for the first time for Mother’s Day and am safe to say I was beyond pleased! I had some confusion ordering online the day before but a woman who attended the phone helped every step of the way. The fruit was very fresh and delicious, will be returning again!

Received a featured Mother's Day flower arrangement plus balloons from my son via Edible Arrangements in Elgin. First off the flowers DO NOT ARRIVE in the vase arranged as shown in the photo. Instead they are untrimmed, stuffed in a bag with the vase empty. For $97 They should've been trimmed and arranged - it took 20 mins to clean, trim and arrange!! Not what I wanted to be doing on Mother's Day morning! The flowers were mostly dark maroons and purply dark blues - very dreary and looked like death rather than Spring. Less than 24 hours later and the hydrangea is already drooping and dead. Go to real florist and get professionally arranged flowers - this place should stick to cookies.

Great staff that help their customers! My favorite are the chocolate dipped apples with crushed hazelnuts- absolutely delicious. We utilize them for several holiday arrangements as well.

I have received several arrangements from the Edible Arrangement store in Elgin, Illinois. All of them have had very nice fruit in them, arranged nicely in box or bouquet. I have never received a bad piece of fruit. Most arrangements have been fruit only but a few included other tasty items as well. Each have been enjoyed by husband and I.

This Edible Arrangements location has excellent service & provides outstanding quality of products! I was helped out by Paige, and she helped me pick out the perfect bouquet for my occasion and for my price range. She was super helpful and made the process go very smoothly. I will be returning!!

Fruit arrangement that I sent as a birthday gift was beautiful and most of all my friend that received it said the fruit were ripe and delicious! The hand dipped chocolate items were her favorite. Friendly staff that go out of their way to satisfy your request!

On several occasions, I have gotten arrangements from this store. Arrangements are always beautiful and was told they tasted great. Staff was always nice and helpful. Have recommended this location to others.

Definitely would recommend! Paige helped me place an order for my sons birthday arrangement and walked me through all their options. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions about the customizations!
