“I called to talk about a problem I have been experiencing and asked if Joe had any suggestions. Joe took a good 15 minutes to run through my situation (TV being blamed for XFinity DVR problems) and helped me find an alternate plan to having my TV serviced when there is a possibility the TV isn't the actual problem.
