The staff are very rude and unprofessional. My spouse calls and they claim they had no records of our visit on 9/14/24. And then they put words in your mouth without you saying a damn word. Better to care for your own pet at home...it's all about money with these people. I'll take my business ELSEWHERE.

DR. DILLON INDIAN DOCTOR. OFCOURSE LAZY FOR THIS REASON. HE IS THE ONLY DOCTOR. Been here twice one time with an appointment doctor made us wait 1 hr in the waiting room then 2hrs in the inside the room. Second visit came at 9:30AM and it's 12:00PM And Dr. is no where to be seen..... Writing this live review. Never coming back

I visited this clinic a few months ago with my mom’s cat for a suspected UTI.
They accepted me for a walk in appointment. Wait time was a little long but I was glad they were able to take me in last minute.
Reception staff was very kind and friendly and the vet tech who took the cats vitals was very nice too.
We were seen by Dr Dhillon. I have to say he has very off putting bedside manner. 0 care for the animal, getting him to answer questions was like pulling teeth. He immediately shut down my questions about raw diet and kept pushing hills prescription food for the cat, which was a red flag for me.
He was also a little rough when trying to put the cat back into the carrier. I had told him the cat didn’t like the carrier and he just shoved him in there instead of trying to be more gentle.
If you have to go here I’d try a different doctor or a different clinic altogether.

My puppy, only 8 months old, had a fall and broke her leg. We took her to this veterinary clinic where an X-ray was done, confirming the fracture, as shown in the first image below. The vet immobilized the leg with a splint and instructed us to return weekly to have it changed. We followed this procedure for 4 weeks, and on the last visit, the splint was removed, and we were told to come back in a month. I was concerned that no X-rays were taken to check the bone's healing progress.
Upon returning home, we noticed that our puppy's leg was deformed, worse than before, bent backward. We decided to seek another vet who performed another X-ray, confirming that the fracture had not yet healed. Comparing the first X-ray with the latest one, we realized there had been no improvement in healing. The new vet informed us that the previous procedure was inappropriate and did not follow correct protocols. We paid approximately R$ 1,200.00 for a treatment that was not the most suitable for the situation. We trusted a vet who proved negligent with our puppy's health. we were advised by this clinical clinic that the bone would recover on its own
Furthermore, other vets warned us that the improper treatment from the first clinic only delayed our puppy's recovery. Now, due to this error, we only have two options: surgery or amputation of the leg. I do not recommend this veterinary clinic, as it seems to prioritize profit over the well-being of animals.
