Elgin Community Bikes is described as one of the best experiences. Staff takes the time, like 40 min, to walk through how to change tires and tubes, adjust the saddle, handlebar adjustment, and much more. Customers recommend it highly. It offers a repair shop and sells new and used bikes. Some customers have found the shop closed at advertised open times and wish closures were announced. Prices are unbeatable, quality is great, and staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a great idea and I benefit a lot from the repair shop. But I have come three times at “open” times only to find the shop closed. This is very frustrating. Please find a way to announce closures so I don’t waste anymore trips.
