one of the best experiences I have had in a while. James took the time, and I mean like 40 min, to walk me through how to change tires and tubes, adjust the saddle, handlebar adjustment, and much more. I highly recommend Elgin Community Bikes.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and fast service. My biggest complaint is I never when they’re open! It’s been multiple times now where I come during business hours and they’re closed. It gets very frustrating

This is a great idea and I benefit a lot from the repair shop. But I have come three times at “open” times only to find the shop closed. This is very frustrating. Please find a way to announce closures so I don’t waste anymore trips.
