This dealership is very well recommended since we walked in we were greeted with a smile and were offered coffee and water and the nice young lady Ximena Rivera was very helpful and made sure we understood everything and even tried helping us out the most she could with getting a better price and monthly payment thanks to her good service we walked out with a brand new car very happy and satisfied 10/10 recommended😁👍

Nice place and staff was polite, but had limited knowledge about their own product (fist they said there is no such vehicle ( 2018 Hyundai ionic) - I told them that there is one on my driveway, so I'm pretty sure there is... ;-)
They found the trans fluid I was looking for and corrected themselves.

Parts and service are poorly managed.
We had a cracked windshield and since this is a leased car we wanted OEM.
Wife went in received and estimate, $1025.12 plus tax which would be $1103.07. I had to stop by later to pay for the parts which was $803.07 which included tax as agreed with the parts manager. When I get there parts man has no idea what I was talking about even after showing the invoice given. Parts manager left without leaving anything to let his people know. Kept asking me who wrote it because the person did not put his name in. After talking to three people, I get a bill and pay.
A few days later I drop off the car and when the dealership calls they said I owe $350 for installation. Balance should have been $300 as the quote said. Showed the quote to Alejandro at service and he starts to scribble over my quote and says ignore this. I stop him and ask why they won’t respect the quote, he gets a service manager that pretends to know how to do math. I saw they are dishonest for not respecting their quote. So I say I will pay the $1153.07 which is $50 more than agreed on price, but they are a dishonest company.
They overcharged me $50 and were really incompetent.

This dealer doesn't tell you in time when your desired car is sold. It would waste your time when you go there and find that your desired car is always gone, but they don't care, instead they would let you come and check out other cars.
