This is a terrible bank who uses "SERVICE CHARGE DORMANT FEE" to steal from the elderly who trust them to store money. RUN FROM THIS "BANK" AND ANY THING RELATED TO IT!!!

Opened an account a few months ago. Teller at drive thru is super slow.....staff more people. Only went through drive thru because atm was jammed. Ended up going through drive thru. Went into bank once and tellers were also slow and a bit cluless.

This bank really really SUCKS. The branch manager Joanna Torres is rude, officious and uncompromising. The only personal banker, Felix Mendoza is an idiot. They held my deposit for 10 days. The phone often rings,rings and no one picks up. I left a message with a personal banker at 9:00 am. to have Olivia Rodriguez a personal banker to call me back. I also left a message for Alex Rodriguez -2 of them. Neither personal banker bothered to return my call. Stay away from this bank!!

Lousy bank. Joanna Torres the branch manager is unreasonable.Felix Mendoza the personal banker who opened my account con 12/31/20 was more concerned that I had my COVID-19 face mask in place than he was in my satisfaction as a customer.I made a mobile deposit of $2,000 on 1/2/21.They planned to hold the deposit 6 business days until 1/11/21.Stay away from this bank.
