I had a rental car through an insurance company and although the insurance company's service was terrible, the reservation with ENTERPRISE was very pleasant, they attended to me punctually, the car was excellent, the service of the guys who run the place was quite good, I always They attended very kindly. I highly recommend ENTERPRISE.

Terrible experience
I called before I came to get the rental car. Once I got here, Jack told me that it would be an hour before a car is ready. I expressed my frustration that I called before I came why didn’t you tell me you didn’t have one available. He had nothing to say to me. He pretty much moved on to the next customer. Customer service satisfaction is 0.
