Spoke to Bree at the desk, she was soooo incredibly kind, went above and beyond out of her way to help me, so upbeat and energetic, I could go on. To sum it up, great experience. That girl needs a raise!

Another great experience, this time Dan did a great job helping me with prints. Machine printed on wrong paper size but Dan fixed things immediately. Great staff here.

I was returning some earbuds back to Amazon, in which they told me to take them to FedEx to return. Upon arrival to FedEx they asked for my return slip, I handed it to them, they printed out a label and said I'll take care of everything else in less than 10 seconds... insane..

Kudos to the FedEx staff at Bowes Rd & Randall. They are always prompt and attentive. Today, we stopped by to print but got stuck in the snow. A kind FedEx staff member came out and used his shovel to give us an assist.

I came just print two documents, waisted 25 min and nothing. The workers helped person before me, but when I ask about help they just ignore me and said they can’t do nothing. Don’t recommend this place!

Easy and convenient if you won't be home to receive a package. I got off work at 5 and they where open til 7pm. Great service. The app makes it easy to add delivery instructions and change hold location at Fed ex and other retailers.
