Kudos to the FedEx staff at Bowes Rd & Randall. They are always prompt and attentive. Today, we stopped by to print but got stuck in the snow. A kind FedEx staff member came out and used his shovel to give us an assist.

I came just print two documents, waisted 25 min and nothing. The workers helped person before me, but when I ask about help they just ignore me and said they can’t do nothing. Don’t recommend this place!

Easy and convenient if you won't be home to receive a package. I got off work at 5 and they where open til 7pm. Great service. The app makes it easy to add delivery instructions and change hold location at Fed ex and other retailers.

Handy location for printing, copying, scanning, and similar self-serve functions. One station is always available and usually there is a second.Price for copies seems high to me, especially for self-serve. But it's comparable to other stores in the area. And staff will gladly help troubleshoot if you have a problem with a machine. They are closed on Sundays.

The design service I used sent the wrong file to FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Bowes Rd in Elgin, IL but the staff was quick to help me get the issue corrected and reprinted. Fantastic service and I appreciate how quickly they were able to expedite getting my postcards reprinted!

TLDR I made a plush for a Ukranian man's fiancee during the Russia-Ukraine war for hope, sendong it fir $25 for 3-day shipping and it still hasn't arrived. Meanwhile USPS would've done 1-day overnight for the same price. GO WITH USPS they are way more reliable, affordable and accountable than FedEx in time-sensitive situations.I made a plush toy for a commission for a Ukrainian citizen dealing with being drafted to the war effort and needed a plushie made for his fiancee ti comfort them with as they fought in the war. I sent the package through FedEx hoping it would arrive sooner, and instead, I payed 25$ for it to arrive Thursday, got told it would arrive sooner, got delayed for that day, and then got delayed for the day it was supposed to arrive. It was an important package with time-sensitive condotions of which, I'll remind again, cosrt me TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS to ship in 3 days and it STILL got delayed. Meanwhile USPS will offer 1-day shipping to the destination for $25 all the same. I don't think I'm asking much when in such an important situation that my package gets delivered on the day it was stated to arrive, especially for the exorbitant amount of money needed to do so,and it STILL doesn't arrive. Now I'm needing to explain myself to my client about the delays and to not lose hope. You want a worthwhile delivery service? Go with USPS. They're more reliable, more affordable, and more accommodating of circumstances than FedEx have been through the situation.I personally understand the difficulties facing various companies right now, however, an understanding of the circumstances does not mean that there aren't points of criticism to be held when it's $25 for 3 days in a desperate situationThe service was concise and willing to work with me on pricing and look for discounts, and the customer service representatives were kind and considerate, so this is less of a knock on them but more of a knock on FedEx themselves, and since I shipped the package from this location it seems appropriate that the review shows up here.

I received a pair of shoes I ordered today delivered by fedex. The box was damaged and I didn’t think anything of it. Shoes didn’t fit so I had to return them. Went to drop off the box it originally came in and the worker denied it. Said we can’t send shoe boxes especially if they are damaged. This is how I received it from FedEx! I told him that and he said he could sell me a new box. Terrible customer service!

Employees on two separate occasions were straight up rude. Not surprising that during this second visit I hear some poor employee getting yelled at repeatedly by a manager about buying a box while they have no space for said box in the store (as I got my package ready).Terrible service- recommend USPS or UPS in the area.
