in May 2023 i agreed to buy windows from home depot. home depot said they will get all permits and submit plans for hoa approval. in June they came out to replace the windows and started work. 1 hour into the job the hoa management company called me to tell me i never submitted approval and the job needed to be stopped. since june till today home depot never replaced the windows. i spoke with assistant managers and nothing still. if i had district managers number i call him and now iam looking into legal help. if i could i would give them zero stars i paid for $2000 for down payment now i have windows that i cant keep

All I needed was 6 vinyl blinds for a rental property. First of all, the selection in this store is picked over...the inventory hasn't been replenished so some of what I needed was in boxes 20 above on the rack. After the hassle of finding someone to bring them down for me, I noticed that they only had open boxes of some of the sizes I needed. All of this is very frustrating and feels very disorganized to say the least. I reluctantly purchased 2 open box items and by the time I got home I realized that BOTH had the hardware REMOVED!! So I drove a half hour back to the store hoping I could swap hardware from a different box so I could complete my project. After all I paid for two incomplete, UNUSABLE items!! Donna, who was working at the counter was just the worst from beginning to end. Her attitude was "NO" from the moment I walked up. She said if I couldn't find the exact same size blind that they wouldn't let me take the hardware from a different box, I'd have to drive another half hour to a different store. What a joke! I could just buy another size and return THAT one without the hardware which I explained. Again. "NO". When she called the store manager about this, of course he rationally answered "yes, of course" because as a customer I just wanted the complete items that I paid for!! Donna needs to find a different job than customer "service" in my opinion.

I need a tiller and a to z stop renting so I called Home Depot and they had what I needed so thanks to Home Depot I was able to do my garden and return it the same day

Beautiful selection of plants and flowers. We were looking for a sympathy plant and were very pleased to find a nice one here that didn't break the bank! We were in and out!

I stopped in last night 20 minutes before closing and I received phenomenal service from everyone! I would especially like to thank Adrian (loader) for going above and beyond to help me fit a snow blower in my car. I look forward to making more purchases at an establishment that makes me feel like a valued customer!

Ordered a Samsung washer & dryer back in February 2022 do be delivered In May as we were building a new house. I called two weeks before our close date in order to confirm we were still scheduled for the date planned and we were on the schedule. Didn't receive the confirmation delivery call the day before so i decided to call them. CS rep said it was still early in the day and i should receive a call by 7pm to confirm delivery time. Not even 2 minutes after hanging up, another CS rep had called and let me know Samsung didn't ship our order and i needed to call them to confirm delivery. When I called them, they had advised our order was back ordered and the soonest it could deliver was the following week. Product got delivered a week later and within 2 days we had issues. We called home depot and they sent out a technician who advised we needed a replacement. When i called to schedule the delivery for our replacement, home depot advised they messed up and shouldn't have sent a technician from home depot that a Samsung technician should have came out instead. It has now been two weeks and I am going back between samsung and home depot both pointing their fingers at each other and the issue still isn't resolved. I will never shop at home depot for appliances again. If i ordered from you, why me, the customer, have to check on the status on my delivery as well as reach out to samsung to get delivery rescheduled. Also, the issue i am having home depot should be the ones to help resolve with samsung as we are getting no where with them, and they have the relationship not us. Terrible customer service on both sides. do NOT buy from home depot. Go elsewhere like best buy, they have better customer service.

I live in between two Home Depot stores. This location is further but I go out because the employees go out of their way to help me. I never ask for help. Young man stocking mulch, young lady minding the garden register who asked another young man, Ethan to help me load the mulch I purchased. They come to me to ask to help me. They have customer service down pat. Plus their garden center is always well stocked. I'll be coming back soon to purchase materials I need for my back yard patio.

It's been a while since I last went to this Home Depot. My family and I decided to go to this location as it's close to an area we needed to go to anyways. We needed a new mower which they had plenty of. From the area we traveled through out the store, everything seemed well lit, clean and for the most part, organized. The garden center was a little unorganized but that was due to the vendors moving plants around. However, the only employee who paid any mind to my family and I was the cashier, Jennifer (checked out in garden). No other employees asked if we needed anything or if we found everything okay. The place wasn't busy and it was hard finding the cart I needed for the mower. I will still probably go to this location every so often but it would be second on my list under Algonquin.
