In and out in around 20mins. Fast and professional! Also pretty cheap. 20 bucks for my cut, and I didn't even have to ask for the texturing shears. A perfect cut.

Requested style: Hopeful to have good hair cut for your kids and the end up a disaster; they don’t know how to cut hair; got my two sons and showed them a picture to follow both of them end up having an army cut; if i have known, ill cut my sons hair myself

Would honestly NOT recommend this location, unless you manage to get paired with the stylist you want. The last two times I've gone, they messed up my cut both times, this last time being the worst. I went in wanting a simple pixie cut, and ended up with basically shaved sides and a Mohawk, I was devastated. It looked NOTHING like the photo I showed the stylist or even told her...

Scheduled an appointment for my husband and is needed a last minute cut and couldn’t get into his regular barber. Service was quick, good and solid for the price. Would recommend for someone in a pinch or for men that have easy cuts.

I’m torn on how to review this location. This is not our first time here. Amie has cut my son’s hair twice now and has done a good job both times.
But today Jael cut my daughter’s hair and I could not be more disappointed. I don’t expect 5 star service from a great clips, but what I asked for was so simple I don’t know how it could be so badly messed up. My daughter has fine hair and all I asked for was a trim, same length all around, about 1/2 inch, and a bang trim. First, she cut off well over an inch, probably closer to 1.5 inches. Okay, no big deal. But then she says okay done, and I look at my daughter and he bangs are so crooked I can see it from across the salon. Her bangs were touching her eyebrow on one side and well above her eyebrow on the other. THREE TIMES I had to tell her they were still crooked. With all of the corrections she had to make she took off way too much length, leaving my daughter’s bangs cut about half an inch above her eyebrows when we requested they be cut at eyebrow length. How a trim is too hard to handle is beyond me. After all that I still had to go home and clean them up myself because they weren’t straight.

I am here at the Remington Plaza Great Clips in Hoffman Estates/Schaumburg area and wanting to get a 5-10 min trim. I arrived at 3:37pm - I knew there would be a chance I was too late because they close at 4pm. When I arrived there was a hand-written sign on the door saying Out to Lunch - back in 30 min....it's 3:30! So I waited thinking maybe they were going to stay open later than 4pm. After waiting a little, I saw a brown- haired girl, about 20 yrs old, walking in the back of the salon. I knocked, hoping I could ask how late they'd be open. And the girl waved her hand at me, as if saying, "Go away". I come here often and usually have Phoebe cut my hair but I recently found out she no longer works here. Is there new management? If so, they should not have the lights on and the Open sign lit up if they're going to tell people to go away. I found this very offensive and probly won't come back again! I'm sending this complaint while I'm still in the parking lot! It's 23 min later now...The girl is walking out now to her car to leave - she obviously didn't want customers so she could leave. And she left the Open light on -- just sayin- wow! Gotta train these people to do the right thing! Bring Phoebe back whatever it costs you. She was good and very polite and professional! If you would like to compensate me for MY inconvenience, just fire the bratty girl that just left!
