Love hobby lobby and all the discount they offer. They have great products. Customer service isn't always the best and you have to watch to make sure you get the discount.

Always enjoy looking for Xmas decorations. They have a lot to choose from & I like the sales they have. I go every year to see what's new.

I was at this hobby lobby today looking around trying to buy the last supper wall art and a big clock. I had asked the manager, Nancy to help me find the last supper as I couldn’t locate this piece of art. She looked me up and down and rushed me to go and find the piece of art. Nancy, the manager was rushing me and had stated “come on” in a nasty way when she could clearly see my son struggling to keep up with my pace. She was rude the entire encounter that lasted less than one minute. But I clearly witnessed her talking politely to other clients that did NOT look Hispanic like I do. She definitely was rude, nasty and did NOT treat me with respect. I can definitely say that if you don’t look white; she will NOT treat you with the same respect. I have being coming here for many years and I have NEVER been treated this way. I am VERY disappointed. I hope this place can find a new manager that treats all humans equally. This store is located in a very Hispanic community. This manager should be in-serviced on how to perform her job better. Otherwise, you should consider finding a replacement.
