My first and last experience with H&R Block.
I had Sadia Sattar (a Senior Analyst) as my tax agent, despite making an appointment with someone else, no explanation as to why. Communication consistency was poor, and when I had questions through the portal, they weren't answered. She also missed a deduction I was eligible for.
A third of my tax return was taken for some of the worst service I've received. Save your money and go elsewhere.
