I like how Mrs. Celita serves, she is very kind, always willing to help. I washed somewhere else and moved here because of the good treatment and cleanliness of the place. The Mrs. Celita is careful that everything is clean. She is an excellent worker and human being.

To the new administration. This laundry was one of the best; However, lately its level has dropped, the washing machines are dirty, they are full of soap and fabric softener sludge, and they are also beginning to smell like mold and dirty water, something that did not happen before. It is unfortunate since for the price paid one would expect better service. In addition to the fact that now there is an extra charge for paying by card. It should be added that I have observed that there is only one person attending to the needs of the establishment which is crazy, at least 2 people are required to provide constant maintenance because, the employee either takes care of the supplies, or washes the clothes, or cleans the washing machines, or answers customer questions or cleans the place and this is reflected in the lack of cleanliness in general and in the supply of the cafeteria area. Anyway. I hope they improve the service because as I mentioned it was one of the best in the area.

I love going to Smart Wash Laundry in West Chicago! It is always very clean. Juana makes sure of that. She’s always on the move. Attending to our needs and very polite/friendly. They have a digital machine to load your card and not have to worry about your quarters being wasted. They recently added a fee to use your credit card, which I don’t like. But other than that I would recommend.

Absolutely the nicest laundry ever. Always clean, well lit, snack area and vending machines, a library of children's books in English and Spanish. Accessible entry, toilets.

Everything very clean and very good! But if I want to complain about a lady who has short hair, I asked her to sell me a bag for my clothes and she answered me so badly. I asked her if she didn't have a different color and she told me that she didn't know if I wanted it. or not, but she answered me in a very rude way, maybe it was because I bothered her when she was talking on the phone, I never spoke badly to her because I am polite with people and one should always be kind, I know that sometimes one does not have a pleasant day but we must take care of the treatment and the way we respond to customers, keeping in mind that the treatment that employees give to customers is what the company imagined.?

My husband and I come to wash our clothes here after the laundry on Chicago and 31 closed down and the other one in clock tower place raised their prices.Always clean, the few employees I've spoken to are always kind and helpful, and the machines work well! The dryers are great too, especially if you get a wash card (FREE!) and load it. 10/10, literally going by today to do some washing

Dropped off my laundry and when I picked it up my Columbia jacket was missing. I called to complain and they didn’t call back or provide any resolution. The women who wash clothes take items from customers.
