I had a very simple fix, where the circle/whole where you snap the clasp was broken/ detached from the chain. So it needed to be soldered to the chain. I told them I could wait but the response was, that we normally take up to two days to fix. It was a Tuesday morning before noon, and again the shop was empty. And when I got there the lady asked the guy who repairs if he is going to have the machine turned on today. Their hours are Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 10 am- 6 pm only! How lucky I am coming here on Tuesday morning!
Also, of note, lots of jewelry shops are closed in this area, so I appreciate their business, but I had to come back there twice in one day because they weren't able to do this simple fix right away, given there was nobody at that moment at the shop.”
