DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A NEWER CAR WITH A SKID PLATE, I have a 2023 honda civic i went in there for an oil change thinking they are professional at their jobs i checked my car before going in and i had a plate under my car. after using this place they probably just threw it away i checked my under my car when i got home to find my plate on there anymore mind you this is a new car. also the whole place smelled like weed this place needs to be checked out they are having unprofessional people work here serving peoples cars not right. i will be going to the dealer now for my oil changes

Sara was super helpful and didn’t pressure to on me. Keith checked tire pressures, changed my filter and the oil in lighting speed. Was in and out. Highly recommended

I would like to thank Reynaldo and Angel for their up most professionalism. I took my car in today for an oil change. This was my third visit at this location. Apparently the last two visits Jiffy Lube was putting in the wrong oil. I’m suppose to be using Synthetic and the old technicians never caught this. Thankfully under new management it was caught. Reynaldo stated to me there is all new personal there now. They looked up all my vehicle information and made the correction. I’ve only had this car for eleven months. I can’t even imagine if this wasn’t caught what it would have done to my engine. Also for the first time they checked all lights, blinkers, air filter, tire pressure and wind shield wipers. I am so pleased with this service today. They went above and beyond. Thank you
