I would like to thank Reynaldo and Angel for their up most professionalism. I took my car in today for an oil change. This was my third visit at this location. Apparently the last two visits Jiffy Lube was putting in the wrong oil. I’m suppose to be using Synthetic and the old technicians never caught this. Thankfully under new management it was caught. Reynaldo stated to me there is all new personal there now. They looked up all my vehicle information and made the correction. I’ve only had this car for eleven months. I can’t even imagine if this wasn’t caught what it would have done to my engine. Also for the first time they checked all lights, blinkers, air filter, tire pressure and wind shield wipers. I am so pleased with this service today. They went above and beyond. Thank you

I’m using this review as a last resort to try to get this location’s owner involved after almost 2 months of waiting and asking kindly for reimbursement for my vehicle’s extensive damage caused by this team's negligence. I brought my brand new car for its 2nd oil change ever to this location and instead of changing the oil, the worker (who’s name I willnot mention yet) drained my transmission fluid instead of giving me an oil change and sent me on my way!!! I mean I just don’t understand how this even possible at a business that claims to be a leader in oil changes! Not knowing that this location hires unqualified and untrained staff, I left after paying for my oil change just for my brand new car to stop mid- road on the way home! I managed to start my car after trying about 13 times and went back - the manager gave me a refund and signed a letter stating they will take full responsibility for the damage, he filled my transmission fluid 1/4 up ( not even full tank I later found out) and advised me to take my car to the dealership to have fixed. I got in touch with Clint just to be ghosted by him two weeks later. He stated that he put in a claim through their insurance but has not provided me a contact or claim number or any further steps/ information. I have zero clarity as to what is going on. When attempting to text and call Clint several times he just completely ignored me. I asked very patiently and kindly multiple times for updates and for the owners contact information as I would like to deal directly with him/her since Clint was not of any help but never heard back. My car was in the dealership getting fixed for 3 weeks due to this locations complete lack of professionalism and pure stupidity. I had to pay for the damages out of my own pocket because of someone’s else’s negligence. I am only trying to get reimbursed for the damages they caused as I was promised I would by Clint and his team. I could be demanding a lot more than just the damages. I had to rent a car and could have severely damaged my engine if I did not catch this. I have grounds to file a law case but I do not want to go that route and wish to resolve this issue asap. I’m asking for the owner to deal with me directly. Please contact me. Clint knows who I am. I do not want to deal with him anymore. Please get my number from him and please resolve this immediately. I have taken 13 of my cars to jiffy lube over the years and have never experienced service like this. This is just ridiculous and unfair.

Rey checked me in and then helped the tech Angel with my oil change. I was in and out with new oil, fluids checked , and everything working great in under 15 minutes. Won’t go anywhere else ! The best experience !

The staff here was great. They went above and beyond in helping me with an issue with my tires that they don't even work on. Had a premium customer service experience at this loctaion.

I highly recommend this location! I was getting a low oil pressure light on my car so I ran up to this location. Even though they were about to close, Clint, Jeff, Kody, and Sara were happy to help!They could have just changed my oil and got me out of there, but instead, they took time to help explain why my car was dying when the low oil pressure light came on, and walked me through all the perks of having my oil changed by them. Now I'll be stopping by periodically so they can check my oil, see how fast I'm burning it, and best of all, top it off for free!.I highly recommend this location because of their excellent staff and will be recommending them to my friends and family!
