Guys did an awesome job. They properly diagnosed and fixed an HVAC wiring issue that another shop had no clue how to fix. Great inspection and provided photos of issues. I will definitely be coming back.

Great service.
I took a used car for a pre purchase inspection to them and it was a pleasant experience that proved beneficial. They went beyond expectations as they accommodated my time constraints - since I couldn’t reach them during office hours, they contacted the car dealership and took the car, did the inspection and sent me the detailed results and their opinion on the condition of the car. I did end up buying the car and 2 months later, there has been no issues.

I received the best customer service at KS Autocare while having my car looked at that I have had in quite a while. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable and they dont try to rip you off. Leon is the best mechanic I have ever worked with and I will continue bringing my car here from now on. I used to only take my car to the dealer and Im happy I found somewhere I can trust to give my business to. Thank you!!

Sam helped me check out the transmission when I broke down driving through Elgin. Lived in Elgin 30 years. Found them six months before I moved out of Elgin. Live in Marengo now but I feel they are so good I will keep driving back the 34 miles just for preventative maintenance. Wish I had known about them while I lived in Elgin 30 years. These guys are really honest and helpful.

KS autocare is fantastic! Our Jeep Wrangler gave us a ton of issues after a few years and we took our car to a few different shops for a diagnostic estimate. KS was the only shop that charged reasonably for the amount of work that needed to be done and offered a warranty on their services! Seth and Sam worked with us and kept great touch. Our Jeep was handled with such care that we returned for break repairs. In short, we will continue to be customers to this trusting and reputable establishment.

I am happy I found this auto repair shop. I haven't had the best of luck with previous shops in the past. Seth was very nice and explained the issues with my car thoroughly. He was also kind enough to give me a discount from the flyers they were mailing out. I will definitely be going back to get my other repairs done. I highly recommend KS. They are very kind and caring. No BS.
