Eric was pleasant and easy to talk with. He explained what he was doing and graciously answered my numerous questions. After diagnosing our problem he offered multiple solutions and helped us decide on the direction that worked best for us and our budget.

Eric did a great job! He was even early for the appointment and was very efficient with all his work. Afterwards, I inquired about vent cleaning. He said he was able to do it right then and there if I wanted. He had all the equipment with him. He did that Right away and finished the job very efficiently. I would highly recommend Kustom Heating and Cooling!

Service Technician Dan arrived on time. He explained what he would do to Checkout the AC System. He changed my filter and serviced the AC unit. When he was done, he explained that everything checked out OK. He was friendly and courteous. He wore a shoe protectors while inside the house. I was pleased with the professional service this company provides.

Todd was great in educating us about the features and benefits of the systems. Install team was great, clean, professional, explained things well after installation and cleaned up after the job! Great guys to work with!

Kustom Heating and Cooling installation team, came out and installed new A/C - Furnace (heat pump). Install went great and team was efficient and professional. This included moving the unit to the rear of the house, when the previous A/C was up front.
So a more in depth install and all was great. recommend highly.

A "we can do that" attitude from Kustom. In this heat spurt, they had the resources to help. Kudos to Eric W. ... was to be there between 3-5. He was there a tad after 2. He went right to work. Bing bang boom...less than a hour ...cooling once again
