An associate by the name of Julio greeted us at the door. He asked how could he help us we explained that we were looking for some wine for a house party we were attending. He took care of us and he was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Truly an asset to the place, you don’t get such excellent costumer service at other places.
Due to his willingness to assist and knowledge we not only purchased the wine for the party but also made purchases for our personal liquor collection. We will definitely return to this atore.

“Polite cashiers, so long as you maintain a good attitude yourself. Try not to come in with ski masks or some business from the outside, the alcohol is to forget about that shit but otherwise they will help you in whatever you want, even if they try to peddle extra stuff. I think the bartering they do is polite, and they don't try to pressure you so long as you know how to reply. 10/10 service, will be a regular for sure”

“The owners are really really nice here. You can tell they take pride in their store. Before covid visited and they display their craft beers in a pretty awesome way. Also large selection of craft beers and alcohol. During Covid, he got more careful and only allows one per customer inside to browse but he grabs whatever you need for you. They sanitize your card before and after your purchase too. I liked that a lot. Anyways good spot. Don't let the area scare you away from stopping in here.”

“Honestly, Ι would love to run local advertisement for this corner shop. If you can't go far for some cheaper selections, this store will save you the trip round the Elgin area. The prices are worth the walk, and the New Amsterdam prices are magnificent for the drunkeness. Just make sure you get enough water before walking over here, because the other products are a bit jumped in price, but the alcohol makes up for it!”
