Manager Larry told me he would tape my box this time for me for free but politely advised me for next time to follow the instructions to avoid future charges. I thought it was really kind he took the time to offer me a free service that most places wont (Post office cough cough) as well as help me pay better attention for next time I return more stuff. Siddhi (the owner) finally arrived and could not have been more sincere and sorry for opening late and quickly took care of our notary, copies and mailing. Siddhi took care of additional customers while completing our service, and processed all three customers in just a minute or two. In my experience, competitor stores would typically have taken 5 - 10 times longer than Saddhi did. She could not have been more knowledgable, focused or efficient! I will be confidently bringing all of my shipping (including Amazon returns) to the Bartlett USPS Store!”

“Not really sure of all the bad reviews. Never had a bad experience here. Today was the best. Made an appointment for by kids to get passports, or so I thought I did, the man that helped us was like, not a problem I'll do it. He told me where I forgot to hit confirm. He was so nice. Even the ladies working here seemed super nice and friendly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Streamwood post office for making my kids first post office visit exceptional!”
