This post office is so hard to get a hold of and for calling you back. I’ve. Been trying to talk with someone about missing mail. No luck and one important piece is still missing after almost 2 weeks. If I could move I would.

If you bring the package in, for whatever reason, it's poorly packaged or has a bad label. Be prepared for a bad reaction from whoever is serving you. I mean... you can explain it to me or tell me how to do it, that's all.

Terrible staff and business model. The cost to ship is as high or higher than ups or Fedex and they are unhelpful. They won't even provide tape to close a box while charging a premium to ship the package compared to other options.
