The kiosk outside the lobby is completely unreliable a majority of the time. The responsible person for this device isn't in the building and doesn't have a first name that can be released to the public. I go to the kiosk to not deal with the useless bodies behind the counter.

the most unpleasant and unprofessional service I have ever encountered. If you can, avoid this place. Today I was served by an exceptionally unpleasant, screaming lady - it was on Saturday, December 17.

Young African girl was so rude in the counter. I agree what a waste of money for government employee. Uggg hate going to this post office rude unhappy workers.
