“I've owned a Zenith High Low for 31 years. On the rare occasion that I have had trouble they have always been helpful. For the first 25 years or so there was a man there who knew the tables inside and out. He always knew the answers without looking at a manual. Most recently, the ladies who answer the calls need to look at a guide of some sort. Given the time and experience he had I'm sure they will eventually do as well.”
