Your employees need a sensitivity training at Meijer in Elgin, IL
My special needs son had a meltdown in the aisle wanting baby food pouches and being nonverbal, he was showing his emotions. 4 grown men working at Meijer were standing around mocking him and laughing. Already feeling overwhelmed, I grabbed my last items and went to checkout. I let a worker know to let the manager know what happened. Holding back the tears, a few visits before, the greeter was regulating what cart my son can be placed in - be better!!

**EXTREME PHONE REPAIR** INSIDE MEIJER! MEIJER THIS IS INSIDE YOUR BUSINESS!!!
Absolutely horrible experience! I went to the phone repair inside Meijer, set an appointment, and drove over an hour to get there. The store was closed, even though his posted hours said it should be open & I had made the appointment with him. I had to practically beg him to come back and fix my phone because I made the long drive and a week of planning with him. He replaced the back of my phone as planned and I payed, but he did it with the wrong product for a different year phone, and now, just two weeks later, the back is already cracked without any drops or mishandling. When I tried to message him about the issue, he ignored me until I mentioned taking further action. Then, he got irate, saying it's his business and he'll do what he wants. But in store it said he had a 90 day warranty and it hadn’t been even 30 days! I would like this taken care of. This is bad business and people should avoid bad business at all costs!
