My experience at this store was the only saving grace when trying to sign up for Metro PCS online. If it wasn't for Anna specifically, I would have ended up having my credit card company put a stop payment to Metro for lack of service.
I had a nightmare situation where I'd spent over six hours over two days working with Metro staff over the phone to get my number ported and activated. The phone support was so bad I started to request that the agent on the other end go play in traffic. If it wasn't for Anna, that would have been the end of my experience. Thankfully, she was able to compel the phone support to actually do their jobs, and in the end it only worked because Anna realized they were using the wrong IMEI for my phone, despite me giving them the correct one dozens of times.
Miraculously Anna was able to do while helping other customers, AND training a new employee. She was even able to do it while being polite and courteous, unlike the other nearby Metro stores in the Elgin area.

My husband and I went to this store on Saturday to do an activation on a new phone but same phone number and when one of the ladies ask him what was his phone number and he said it, he had to repeat himself like 6 times because the lady wasn't getting it. Y'all need to train better the employees there (the manager was there also ) but she was talking to another employee there and let me tell you like 3 more persons came to the store while we were there and even though they were 3 persons in charge of the store that day they just let 1 do the work and she took a lot of time just doing an activation on a phone. Metro has really gone downhill because now they hire anyone and is mostly female workers that don't really do a good job, I remember back in the day in my metro an activation would be done in less than 10 minutes instead of 40 minutes.

Terrible customer service! The only lady that works in this metro PCs location is clueless in her job. There is always an issue going on every time my family tries to update their accounts or change something, even charges additional fees I’m sure she’s not supposed to. Terrible customer service!
