Horrible experience.
Over price phones when it should be free.
No receipts for any transaction they just like to scam people.

I went in a few weeks back to add a line to my existing account, I had 4 lines already. The man there never told me that they don't offer the lines I currently had. So my new line was $55. But like I said he never told me what it was going to be and yes I assumed it was going to be $30 like all my other lines. I went in to a different store, they flat out refused to help me. I called customer service l, same thing. Even spoke to a supervisor who also told me there was nothing she could do. But riddle me this the stream wood store helped no problems. So why was the customer service so bad here and at the other Elgin location plus customer service.

My sister who has a disability went in there to pay her phone the other day and was charged $90 when her phone was supposed to be $62 and when asked for a receipt the lady unplugged the computer and said sorry she will text it to her and this isn't the first time that this lady gave my sister issues

If I could give 0 I would!!!! I had called customer service in the morning and was ask to come in into store with a picture ID to be help with device. I stop at this location and as soon I walked in the girl yelled I’m helping someone without even a welcome. Second I raised my concern and she straight said we can’t help you. She never even got into my account. Super rude experience I will not be back to this store and will let everyone know to go to another location. Worst customer service ever!!!
