Very friendly people. Pedicure was very nice and well done. But my french tip manicure is messy and there is stray gel polish on my skin. And I found a cut on one finger below the nail after I left.

I have this a 2 stars bc the 2 times we've been there the 2 out of 3 pedicures were ok.. but this time was different. The third pedicure was HORRIBLE! Please schedule 1 or 2 pedicures at a time! The result of the third pedicure was rushed and she waited so lomg she was literally sotting in COLD water. The gentleman who uns it put warm water to accommodate her waiting but it was STILL cold! Mind you we made an appointment before hand. They're usually good but we just didn't have a good experience.

I’ve NEVER went to a salon where my no chip actually did not chip. Mary does a fabulous job. Prices are reasonable.

I went in with a picture of what I wanted and came out with something completely different than what I asked for. I asked for gel and the tech said they use organic gel but didn’t say the price would differentiate from the normal gel acrylic price on top of that there is no prices anywhere to be found in this place, so essentially they could make up any price at any time. I got charged 100.00 for gel nail with hardly any designs. The prices are not at all reasonable compared to what you’d get at other salons. This was my first visit but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Rude! I went in to get a fill on short nails. I asked 3 times how much the service would be as a fill is usually $20. They tried to rush me in a chair and complete the service without answering my question. The third time the guys finally told me that it was $45 for a fill. I explained that I only wanted regular polish not no chip polish. Tech explained to me that all sales are $45 regardless if there's no chip or gel or regular polish. I feel that they force the $45 price so that they can get over on their customers. No nail salon in Elgin charges $45 for a fill with regular polish. They don't have a price list up in the store at all because they know once clients see the price list that they will not want to pay and be over charged. DISPLAY A PRICE LIST. THE SERVICE IS MEDIOCRE OR LESS. I will never go back.
