I took my car in and they gave it a thorough look. They were very honest about what was wrong with my car. They told me my car needed a software update that only my car dealer could do. They didn't charge me anything. It's nice to know there are still honest businesses out there.

We have been going to Nesbitt Auto Repair for years. Not only is the work always done correctly, but the prices are very reasonable. They also don't try to boost their sales by selling things you don't need. I called to make an appointment to get new brakes. Jim, the owner, asked if they were grinding. When I didn't know if they were, he asked if I could bring in the car the next day so he could take a quick look at the brakes to determine what needs to be ordered. The next day, I waited about 15 minutes while my brakes were looked at. I had an appointment to return the following week. So, instead of keeping my car for 2 or 3 days while waiting for parts, he was able to think ahead to have me come in for a quick check of my brakes. My husband and I highly recommend the mechanics at Nesbitt Auto Repair.

I'm still disappointed. I brought my truck in to have it checked and anything fixed that needs fixing. Besides, my exhaust manifold needed replacement as well as the tailgate handle.
The communication was subpar, and when I picked it up, the clicking noise of the exhaust manifold was even louder. I approached the owner and his explanation was upsetting. I was not informed at any time while my car was there for 3 weeks that there was an issue he didn't want to work on. I would have given my OK to work on it. Also the door handle was replaced with a black instead a chrome one, like the one I had on before. I don't like it. I had it in chrome for a reason. And the explanation that he didn't do some repairs because he had so many other customers is ludicrous! Am I not a customer? And the 1400$ I paid are real money for which I didn't get real service as I expected and agreed to with him. I feel I threw 1400 out of the window and have now to go to another shop.

This place is awesome they will take care of you customers first before anything. All workmanship is very professional no hidden charges or gimmicks absolutely the best and all employees are pretty good especially Jim.
