Today I called this branch with 15 minutes left until it closed and young Jesús or the other one who was on duty told me that they had already closed the branch. I told him that there were 15 minutes left, which he replied that they had closed a little early. I got ready to go to the store and it turns out that it was still open. That should not be done, they provide service until 10 pm at most, up to 5 minutes before 10, what a truly bad experience, if you are calling it is because you really need the piece, not to play games or waste their time.

They would not help me return a part I had just bought. Poor customer service.

Although this store had the necessary mounting bolts and flanges for my car exhaust, it was apparently too difficult for an employee to deliver the parts to the local Pep Boys store two blocks away.
We were told the parts would be delivered at 3:30 pm.
At 4:00, we called and they said they'd be right over.
At 4:30, I WALKED the two blocks, picked up the parts for Pep Boys (they were sitting on the counter), and walked them to Pep Boys.
This lack of priority for the customer concerns me.

We were a little disappointed with the phone service at the schamburg location. Then we called and got Eddie at the Elgin location and he was fantastic he's a keeper. Thank you for such great help Eddie. ?
