Best Service! This is the ONLY company that answered our call on a Sunday morning!!Even among other companies that claim to be 24 hour. Even my parent’s regular pest control company didn’t return their call!
My parent’s house was invaded by bees. They came out within an hour. The service man was very friendly.
He took care of the situation. And the price was very reasonable. I recommend adding Pest Guru to your contacts. You never know when you’re going to need them.

I had a basketball size bald faced hornet nest in a tree on my front yard and got stung while cutting the grass before noticing it. I didn’t want to mess with these hornets and knew it’d be tough getting someone to come out on a Sunday. Going down the list of open pest control companies on Google got me nowhere as nobody answered. Mark from Pest Guru answered on the first ring, came out within 45 minutes and took care of the nest. Thank you Mark for your quick response and great customer service. I’ve already shared your business card with friends and family.

We noticed a wasp nest on Saturday evening and upon calling Pest Guru they answered the phone right away and had Mark come out a couple of hours later. Pest Guru (Mark) was great! He came by every week to check on the bait stations and was flexible based on my schedule. He changed his strategy as he learned more about our specific issues, and we have been fully mouse free for several weeks now. He was very friendly and stuck to his word, even when rodent activity continued for a couple weeks longer than he was expecting. At that point he brought over some heavier duty traps and the problem was gone in no time.I was hesitant to go the route of professional pest control, but after many failed attempts of my own, Mark made the process easy and was very sensitive to the surrounding wildlife that I did not want targeted. We recently moved into a new home in Streamwood. The suddenly warm temperatures showed us that we have a problem with carpenter bees and wasps, along with ants and spiders! I chose the Pest Guru specifically because they use eco-friendly products that are kid and pet safe. I called to request a quote yesterday and they came today. The quote was more than fair and I agreed to the terms. They came prepared and treated the house and yard today! Mark is very dedicated and thorough. I'm so extremely pleased with the service that was provided that I signed up for quarterly service!
