“Great Place! My dog Graley had her first water therapy session with Jessica and it was AMAZING! My dog has never been in a pool and Jessica made her feel so comfortable and safe. Graley LOVED it! I am so excited for Graley's water journey with the puddle. Owner Kathy was amazing, she took the time to help me and discuss a plan for Graley. She was so patient, kind and caring of all mine and my dogs needs. I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend the Puddle.”
“When my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!”

“I thought this place was really cute, well organized and great customer service. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I docked a star personally is because this place is just straight up out of my tax bracket lol. I got two assortments of 5 treats from their bakery for my pups for Christmas, so 10 items in total - 4 peanut butter cups (which are the size of mini Reese's peanut butter cups for reference), 4 rice Krispy treats, a gingerbread cookie, & a "donut" & it was $58!! I'm sure my dogs will really enjoy them but to me, that price is outrageous. I didn't know until I got to the register how much they cost because there's no prices listed in the case (I really think they should put prices in front of the items in the case), and by that point they already packaged them, so I wasn't going to ask them to put them back. I really liked this place & I'm sure I'll be back but not to the bakery part unfortunately!”

“After reading so many great reviews about Ramona's work, I knew I had to bring my pup here. She is the sweetest, most caring lady I have ever met! Because my dog suffers from severe separation anxiety, he doesn't like being put in a crate after grooming. Luckily, Ramona will text me prior to his being done, so he won't have to wait too long. Even though she is always booked, she always finds a way to accommodate my dog! “The trainer , Lauren Tracey, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We have been training with her for 1.5+ years . We have passed all the classes and she is making more classes with new and old lessons. Our dog loves it and I keep him socialized and not just stuck with the family.We have to work with and learn about our dog and how to handle him.”

“Really cool store with uncommon products. Large selection of items. I was surprised at how many pet supply products they had. It felt like a mix between Trellis and Home Depot without appliances.Very good customer service. “There's no other place for the best grooming for my dogs than this place. This was initially recommended by a friend, and everything is all fine when it comes to my pet, thanks to all of them. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I go in here for the grooming of my pet. They always make a pet more beautiful than they were. There are a lot of things that are about how good things are. They are really good at their job, like they are so skilled at handling pets and all of that. They also really care for the pets, not only because it is their job, but I can also feel how good they are with the pets. Every pet that I have seen that has just gotten finished grooming here is so nice. I never heard anything negative from the experience of others while using the product. I am just really thankful to them because they always make everything perfect with regards to the pets. They also accept what kind of groom you want for your pet, which is so nice and they really follow through when there is a request. The cute pets really deserve to be in this good place.”
