They do a great job about notifying us when something was noticed during his grooming. Kelli does an amazing job! Waylon always gets so many compliments when we leave here! 10/10 would recommend.”

“I had a great experience at the Schaumburg Petsmart location the other day. The shelves were clean and pulled forward, easy to find what I needed very quickly. The staff especially Jennifer the cashier and Joe the other worker were lovely. I had trouble with an item being ringed in and they were super helpful throughout the process. These two were lovely and are phenomenal at their job. Thank you Petsmart Schaumburg for the good experience!”

“The dog food I’ve been using for years for both my dogs that have allergies was recently discontinued (Inception fish recipe), so I went into our local pet supplies plus Lake in the Hills looking for a food without their allergen ingredients.
I had I believe his name was Teddy who helped me. We went through quite a few bags of dog food looking for the right fit.
Will be back to purchase more food

“First time trying out their dog wash today.I'm very Happy I did! it's very clean, the staff was super nice and accommodating. I like that they have raised wash areas and grooming areas to dry the dogs, good water pressure, hoses that you can change the stream and decent dryers. They supply some of the different shampoos that they carry I did try their sensitive one and so far it seems to have caused no irritation for a very sensitive skin dog. I like that they supply more than one towel like some other places do.
Tractor supply company is a little gym in Carpentersville that I often forget about and every time I go I really like it. They hire friendly staff and it's always clean and they have a lot of variety.”

Not only was the receiver looking for me first thing in the morning by coming outside to the tractor to meet me but they had me empty within about 20 minutes of bumping the dock.
Very wonderful when people are diligent in their work and value your time!

“Truck drivers: Pretty easy place to get into, you just need to make a right on Woodward drive and another right on cardinal drive, you’ll see the dock ramp shortly on your right hand side along with the entrance. Plenty of space to pull forward too. Fair amount of vehicles coming in and out of the entrance you’ll be using. Staff are great and quick to unload, despite being short staffed.

“Alyssa the dog groomer took in our dogs. My dogs embarrassed me by not listening and not accepting the treats I JUST BOUGHT THEM, my male dog also didn’t allow her to buff his nails. ?

This location also has a nice selection of litter alternatives, for those looking for less dust, something more sustainable, and something with less chemicals. We will continue to return.”

I was concerned about the size of the bag (I wanted something small in case he didn't like it) but they let me know that if I or the puppy didn't like it I could return for a refund. Turns out the puppy loves the food! Thanks!”
