The tanning beds can leave lines and have weak bulbs. A black card membership is available, but some members feel it is not worth it. The gym can suffer from overcrowding, with many people sitting on machines while playing on their phones or talking to friends instead of working out, which members find annoying. Some wish the location was bigger. The hours can be a point of frustration, specifically closing at 7 pm on Saturdays when some members would prefer it stay open until 10 pm. For new members, the staff can be extremely helpful in understanding workouts and cleaning stations. Canceling a membership in person is reported to be quick and easy, taking about five minutes, which is recommended as online cancellation is not an option. While some members are not regular gym users, they appreciate amenities like the aquamassage table and may return.
