I like this location better than st.charles. The machines are newer. Only complaint I have is when I want to use massage beds or tanning beds I can never find anyone. It says that you have call a number because they are cleaning the gym. But they are not. If they were then we could find them.

I've been to a few Planet Fitness locations across the Chicago area and found the Elgin location to be a good one. The equipment is clean and well cared for. The showers work well and the locker room is always clean.

This gym is clean, up to date, and has very friendly staff. First time I walked in, I wasn’t given a hard sell. They just answered my questions, and I liked what I saw. Darnell was great!
