Another atm only branch. Atm outside won't even accept the check. What a failure to turn most of your banks in to atm only. All other banks saw this experiment and saw what a failure it is. That's why no other banks are doing this.

Not efficient. Takes 3 people for 1 job. Customer service is sub par. Long wait times.

Absolutely hate this bank. Used to be so friendly and now you can only go through the ATM or the video attendant and they are rude and unhelpful. Can’t wait to change banks

Very unfriendly they speak when you walk into bank but if they see you outside by the door they don't even acknowledge you those kind of people I have no use for they think they're above everybody all they are is just slippers in the bank

No live cashiers, and their AI cashiers keep rebooting during the working hours or very busy. Time to change Bank

After meeting meeting more challenges and obstacles than I care to describe, I had my issue resolved by a banker at this branch named Somayya Ali. While this may have been a policy issue with PNC, involving the retrieval of documents, Somayya moved heaven and earth to make sure my family was taken care of. She is a true asset to he bank on Randall Road. If you choose to bank with PNC, and you are in the area, I could not recommend selecting Somayya as your personal banker enough. She is knowledgeable, she cares, and she will go above and beyond to make sure her customers' needs are met. All five stars for this bank belong directly to Somayya. She most definitely deserves it.

In my 23 years of having bank accounts this is the only one that has ever given me problems. They make up rules only for this branch. I’ve left unable to complete my transaction and sent to Larkin atleast 5 times. Today on Oct 1, I discovered their newest rule for this location ONLY. As I walked in I was stopped from entering. A person told me I had to use the atm or go to Larkin. That’s right, you can’t go into the bank. So why are the doors even unlocked? The reason for going to see a teller was to withdraw an amount greater than the atm limit of $500 and to not disrupt my ability to use my debit card due to withdrawal limits. This person is basically a bouncer. If you agree that this is crazy please consider complaining to corporate.

I went to this branch to close my deceased mothers account,Banker Somayya Ali filed a small estate affidavit. It came back denied. She showed me that there was missing information. Once I went to another pnc location I found out she did not fax the entire affidavit. I would not waste my time at this branch. There is no accountability here.

Have to take a shot at the customer service policy. While the folks are generally friendly, notary services are limited only to serve their interests. As a long-standing depositor I found this policy a bit selfish, inconvenient and possibly manipulative when many banks do in fact notarize. I was sent elsewhere to have a simple government document notarized when they could have easily done it. Just a bit silly to me....

PNC bank recently decided to wage war on technology and thus the younger generation and the future in general. Unless you are old school and only write checks and don’t mind PNC refusing to let you access you money any other way than with their paid services then find another bank. I reiterate PNC does not allow and actively blocks any and ALL 3rd party services from connecting to your account. No venmo, no pay pal, no crypto, none of that. They have Zelle built in and limit to $1k per day with no way to increase. It’s a war they cannot and will not win. It’s desperate and pathetic.
