I used pods to handle some storage on site for our business and they were amazing ! Showed up when scheduled and took care of everything. I highly recommend them if you need storage temporarily. I friend suggested them to me because she was pleased. Pass this along .

We had a great experience working with the PODS - Huntley, IL team. We had two different drivers who were both fantastic. Thank you, Rex and Al for helping us problem solve a drop off location and finding a solution that made it easy to get our belongings into our house! Also, manager Jeff was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and very effective in helping us with drop offs and pick ups. He was easy to get in touch with and maintained contact throughout the process. I would recommend using this Huntley PODS team for any and all moving services. Thanks again for all your help!

I specifically requested to NOT have the pod placed on the driveway because it is new construction and was told that I couldn't have a pod or moving truck on it. Why, then, was my Pod placed on it? Why do they ask in the first place where you want it only to ignore you? It really could've caused damage. Just because there *is* a driveway doesn't give you permission to use it if I asked you not to. The were no cars on the street either, so no excuse.

I used PODS for ten months and hired the professional movers they recommended. My belongings were damaged while the container was in PODS custody, yet both PODS and the recommended movers refused to take responsibility. The claim was denied with no meaningful explanation and the blame was pushed back and forth between the two companies.
To make matters worse, PODS moved my container to a different location without notifying me. The only reason I even knew was because I had an AirTag inside the pod. When you pay for a professional service, you expect accountability and transparency. Instead, I was left with damaged items, no support, and a complete lack of communication. Very disappointing experience and I would not use PODS again.

The driver Al who dropped off our Pod was great. He had already dropped it and I wanted it moved over more so he rehooked it and moved it. Very friendly

Professional and courteous service. We’ve now used them 4 times over the years. Scott has been our delivery and pickup driver on multiple occasions and has worked with us to get the POD exactly where we needed it.
