  The staff at the Elgin location are some of the nicest I've ever dealt with. I had a transaction late on a Friday, and they were so friendly and welcoming.

  The best thing about Prairie is their people. They are so friendly and they make banking so easy. The service level they have at all 3 locations is by far the best I have experienced from any bank. They offer services to businesses that many other banks don't offer. I just wish we would have found them sooner.
