I brought my car here after a rodent tore up my electrical under the hood.
If you're going through insurance, sometimes you'll hear your rep say it's a "certified" shop but what that really means is that the shop met requirements that are up to par with your insurance policy. It sounds like other reviews are really putting a lot of weight on the word "certified" but it should really be approached more like the shop is "in network" sort of like health insurance. Any way I digress!
Fix Auto was able to pick up my car the same day I called my insurance company. And I appreciated the communication with the shop from the front desk clerk to the mechanic.
I had my car back within the week and they went above and beyond to order a piece that wasn't in stock at other local jeep dealers. They called me when the piece arrived, and I went the same day to get it installed.
Honestly I had a great experience, much better than my local dealership.
It's a small shop, and can be easy to miss. It's behind a big building tucked away off to the side of the road.
I'll be considering them in the future should I need anything else in the future.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. My insurance company sent me here since it is a “certified” Volkswagen repair shop. When I got my car back, I had to come back the next day because they forgot to reconnect the power windows. When I went back I also told them they took out the foam electronic protector underneath the passenger seat. He said they didn’t have it so I told them I want it replaced. They never called me to make that right. 6 months later, pieces that they worked on lifted up and I couldn’t use my rear drivers side door. I don’t have the same insurance as I did then, so I took the pieces off to fix it myself. Their workers had broken a plastic connector piece and lost the screws underneath the rear cushion. If they had screwed it in properly then my door wouldn’t be messed up. Do not take your car here unless you want them to mess it up and lose things.
UPDATE: I ordered the side panel to replace on my own. Added photos show the new part and original part installed by the shop. You can see how they completely mangled the part and broke/lost multiple pieces. This is unacceptable.

Precision Body Works does excellent work! Their repair look excellent even months later. We cannot tell there was ever a repair. We did have a minor mechanical issue but they quickly addressed it to our satisfaction. They are responsive and courteous in their communications. They always washed our before pick up too, which is a nice touch. Recommended!Services: Painting

I was quite impressed with both the work and the customer service. Most times these situations are terrible but precision makes its totally painless from start to finish! I got a call stating my projected finish date and the car was even done a day early, they didnt hassle me at all, i was able to leave my rental there when i picked up my car which was a huge plus, and to top it off my car was totally vacuumed out which really impressed me because i had so much stuff in it which they gently moved to the trunk (not a small task). Had to go there 5 times to get my bumper and under panel fixed. They ended up just rigging It and basically told me sometimes that's just the way it is.
