Aliza was amazing!!! I had trouble getting into the gate and she worked with me until the issue was resolved. And yes, it was human error on my part. However, she was so patient with me and very kind. She even set me up with the public storage app so that I wouldn’t have any further issues. Thank you, Aliza!!!!!!!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Paula. I was in looks for a small storage unit and Paula aided me same day. Honestly such a nice and smooth transaction. I love how convenient everything is. I personally want to thank Paula, I am struggling financially like I am sure most of us are at this time, she helped me find a good rate. That’s what great customer service is all about.

I would have given Paula a7 star review if you had it. My husband is handicapped & Paula was always so nice & helpful to him.
We never had a problem calling or receiving a call back from her. When we moved out, Paula was extremely helpful & provided us with some help throughout the entire move. We were very happy with Public Storage & especially Paula since she is so effective.
